Delivering Babies
Dr. McDonald and Dr. Wilson are both Board Certified obstetricians, highly decorated with many honors and awards for excellence. They are obsessed with providing outstanding prenatal care to you and your unborn child. You will feel very safe, relaxed, and well cared for. You'll enjoy the doctor's calm and reassuring way, as well as their sense of humor. Between them, they have delivered close to 10,000 babies.
High-Risk Pregnancies
Having a high risk condition complicating your pregnancy can be very stressful. High risk pregnancies are a result of a condition of the mother, her baby, or both. Dr. McDonald and Dr. Wilson will provide the highest level of care for you and your baby. They have a network of Maternal Fetal Medicine doctors that they collaborate with very closely. They only deliver at Texas Health Denton where they have a superb NICU. They will never look at your baby as a 'mistake', a 'problem', or an 'accident'; rather, they will always view your baby as a gift from God with infinite value and human dignity- deserving the highest quality of care.
Pelvic Pain and Bleeding Disorders
Women have many unique medical problems. Pelvic pain and bleeding disorders are too often very inadequately worked up and treated. It seems the solution to all female problems nowadays is to throw the 'pill' at you. Dr. McDonald and Dr. Wilson work to identify the cause of the problem and then offer treatment options. Their approach is natural and minimally invasive. When major surgery is needed, they are responsive and adept at providing the right surgical procedure for you. When you need immediate treatment, we have the equipment necessary to perform in-office procedures.
Infertility
Infertility is one of the most painful and emotional medical conditions. Dr. McDonald and Dr. Wilson will work closely with you and your husband to help discover and treat the cause of your infertility in a way that doesn't violate your dignity nor the dignity of your unborn baby. We work towards a solution that facilitates the natural process of fertilization.
Miscarriages
Dr. McDonald and Dr. Wilson see a miscarriage as the loss of your child. They understand the pain and frustration associated with miscarrying. Therefore, they take very seriously the prevention of miscarriage from the outset. If you have had a miscarriage they will aggressively work to identify the cause and prevent subsequent loss of life. Whenever you are pregnant, no matter how early you are, they are interested in seeing you immediately. If you have had multiple miscarriages, please see them. They will do everything they can to prevent that tragedy from happening again.
